Year 3 had a lovely time out in the sunshine today, learning all about Perimeter. We used our measuring skills to draw squares, rectangles and triangles and then calculated the Perimeter of these shapes…. Year 3, explain how you calculate the Perimeter.

Empathy and Celebrating Differences in Year 3
Year 3 have loved learning all about Empathy and Celebrating Differences. We made empathy glasses to help us see things from another’s point of view and used them to look at stories including the beautiful ‘Leaf.’
Measure in Maths
Year 3 enjoyed a very wet and windy Maths lesson to practice their measuring skills. They used a variety of tools to measure the length of different playground objects.
