This week we are thinking about taste. We are reading the story “Handa’s surprise”. On Tuesday we had another visit from the farm. We saw a donkey, a pony, a pig, ducklings, chicks, a tortoise and rabbits.
This week we have been thinking about smell. We went to the bluebell woods – which smelt very nice!
This week we were able to visit a farm to see the lambs. We also saw some cows, hens, pigs and a lovely big red tractor.
This week we are thinking all about “Touch”. The SU had the farm visit on Tuesday and we joined our friends in reception to see the reptiles on Thursday. We have been making our own reptiles using clay.

This week he Postman went to the Gingerbread cottage with a letter for the Wicked Witch. We read the story – “Meg and Mog”. We made a gingerbread house. In the morning we baked the gingerbread then in the afternoon we made it into a house and decorated it with sweets.
